Annual report design

I am looking to create an annual impact report that has a modern and sleek style. We have a logo and would like the design to fit with that, but will also want design suggestions from the designer. The report will be between 100 - 160 pages in length. The candidate should have the experience and talent to create an innovative report that conveys my message to the reader and should be able to make a large amount of text engaging and easily-digestible. The report will consist of metrics and case studies for around 60 companies, so these can follow similar templates. There will also need to be a few infographics and charts - the designer will need to be able to make suggestions for the design of all of this.
