Annual Meet PowerPoint Deck
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Our annual meet is just around the corner and I need a storyteller who knows PowerPoint inside-out to shape a 30-slide deck that looks as inspiring as the roadmap it will unveil. The presentation’s core theme is our future plans and strategies, so every slide should project forward momentum and leave the audience feeling motivated about what comes next.
Here’s what I’m after: smooth, on-brand layouts; purposeful animations (no dizzying effects, just enough motion to keep the energy high); and two short video segments—one featuring clips of past events, the other introducing our new projects. I’ll supply the raw footage and key talking points, and I’m happy to hop on a quick call to explain the flow I have in mind.
Deliverables you’ll hand over:
• A fully editable PPTX file compatible with Office 365, with all media embedded and links tested
• Consistent visual theme and colour palette aligned with our branding guidelines (I can share the logo and hex codes)
• Thoughtful transitions and section dividers that reinforce an inspirational, motivational tone
• Speaker-friendly notes on each slide so our presenters can stay on message
