Anime Video Game Inspired Urban & Streetwear Designer Needed

I'm looking for a creative and talented clothing designer to collaborate with us in creating a new line of urban and streetwear inspired by video game characters. Our target demographic is teenagers aged 13-19, so we need designs that will resonate with this age group.
Key Requirements:
- Design Expertise: You should have a strong background in designing urban and streetwear, preferably with a focus on anime or pop culture themes.
- Understanding of Video Game Characters: A deep understanding of popular video game characters and their appeal to a teen audience will be crucial.
- Age Group Sensitivity: You should be able to create designs that are both trendy and suitable for a teenage demographic.
- Create high quality Mockups or have experience setting up POD stores / channels.
The main deliverables for this project will include t-shirt and hoodie designs. These designs should be fresh and appealing, capturing the essence of the video game characters in an urban, streetwear aesthetic.
