I’m seeking a talented artist to create a book cover illustration in a realistic or semi-realistic anime style. The cover should include the following details:
1) The main character wearing a yellow HAZMAT suit
2) The hood for the HAZMAT suit will be down.
3) A whistle on a lanyard will be around his neck.
4) He has long, brown hair which should be down.
5) He is sitting on a barrel of nuclear waste.
6) He is posing exactly as shown in the attached reference photo.
7) A nuclear bomb explosion is in the background.
8) The dimensions are flexible, but 8.5" x 11" is preferred.
