Anime Convention Graphic Event Branding and Marketing Materials
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create eye-catching, cohesive designs for our upcoming pop culture convention. This project involves developing both digital and print assets that align with our event’s branding and festive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design event collateral including badges, banners, signage, and programs
• Create digital assets such as social media graphics, web banners, and email headers
• Develop merchandise designs (shirts, posters, pins, etc.) that match the event theme
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Deliver production-ready files following our print specifications
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams for feedback and revisions
Requirements:
• Strong portfolio showcasing event branding, convention design work, or related projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to create layered, print-ready files with bleeds and proper color profiles
• Experience designing for large-format prints (banners, backdrops)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of event logistics is a plus (signage placement, attendee wayfinding, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of merchandise production processes (screen printing, embroidery, sublimation)
• Familiarity with holiday or pop culture themed events
