3D Animated Logo & Vehicle Wrap -- 2

I'm looking for a talented designer to create a modern and dynamic 3D/4D logo for my company, Dutch NEMT Transport. Also you will be required to design a matching vehicle vinyl wrap. The logo should incorporate our company name.
Also to include the slogan, "Dependability, Reliability in Mobility Transport," and be suitable for both our website and vehicle branding. Hosting is through Godaddy.com Full SSL Certificate. You will have access to Wordpress once you are logged into to Godaddy.com. You will need to create an account for yourself. It’s simple and FREE!. You will be given delegate access to upload and create the home page with the animation logo.
Communication is very important! English proficiency and fluency please! This will be a smooth process.

Key Requirements:
- Design a 3D logo with motion/movement animation for the website. Possibly abstract.
- Ensure the logo is identical for both the website and vehicle wrap.
- Provide the animated logo in WebP format for the website.
- Create a vector file for the vehicle wrap, ensuring it is a printable file with logo transparency.
- Include a social media kit and offer unlimited revisions until the design meets my expectations.
- Deliver the final designs within 10 days.
- Upload the animated logo to my website as the main page.
