Animate & polish a 10-slide keynote deck (PowerPoint, 16:9) — corporate / restrained

I have a finished 10-slide PowerPoint for a 10-minute keynote at an international industry conference. Content, wording and structure are final. I need a designer to (1) add subtle, professional animations and (2) refine the visual formatting — alignment, spacing, typography, consistency — without changing the message.
Scope of work

Light build/reveal animations to support speaking (points appear in sequence, simple emphasis). No flashy transitions, spins, or sound.
Formatting polish: consistent alignment, spacing, type hierarchy, clean object placement across all slides.
Apply our corporate design consistently (colors/fonts below).
Keep everything native and editable in PowerPoint (no flattening slides to images).
Deliver final .pptx in 16:9.

Hard guardrails (please respect)

Do not rewrite, reorder, add or remove text, numbers or slides. Wording and slide order are locked.
Tone is serious B2B / policy audience — restrained and credible, not a sales/marketing look.
Don't replace the existing photos or core diagrams; refine, don't redesign.

Deliverable: final animated, formatted .pptx (editable).
