GRAPHIC DESIGNER BRIEF
Logo Vectorisation and Production xxxxx Please read all sections before quoting xxxxx
1. What We Are Providing
We are providing two versions of the logo created as AI-generated concept artwork. Both need to be professionally vectorised and prepared as a complete production-ready logo package for use across print, garments, digital, and physical branded items.
File Description Format
Colour logo Full colour version of the circular badge logo JPEG or PNG — AI generated
Line drawing logo Black and white line art version — same composition — no colour fills JPEG or PNG — AI generated
IMPORTANT — Do Not Alter the Composition
The logo contains two motorcycles — a classic cruiser on the left and an adventure/enduro bike on the right. This is intentional.
The right-hand bike is deliberately different to the left — do not make them match.
Do not add, remove, or reposition any design element.
Do not change the font style — trace and match exactly.
Do not change the text
2. Part 1 — Vectorisation
Trace and redraw both logos as clean professional vector artwork.
— Adobe Illustrator (.AI) as the master file format — no exceptions
— All text converted to outlines — no live fonts remaining in the file
— All elements on separate named layers — clearly labelled
— Artwork must be 100% scalable with no quality loss at any size from 25mm to 3 metres
— Clean up all AI generation artefacts — smooth all curves — align all elements precisely
— Minimum stroke weight on all lines — 0.5pt — thinner lines will not screen print reliably
3. Part 2 — Colour Version — Separated Plates for Screen Printing
The colour logo must be separated into individual spot colour plates. Each plate is a separate layer or file used for screen printing, embroidery, and multi-colour print production.
Plate Contents Use
Full colour — combined All colours combined — complete logo Digital use — web — documents
Plate 1 — Black outline Black and dark outline layer only Screen printing — single colour on light fabric
Plate 2 — Gold / amber Gold and amber colour layer only Second colour screen print pass
Plate 3 — Background fills All background and fill colours Third colour screen print pass
Plate 4 — White White elements only — for dark backgrounds Printing on dark fabric or dark paper
Reversed — white on black Full logo in white on black background Dark garment printing
Each plate delivered as a separate clearly named file. Confirm Pantone spot colour references, CMYK values, RGB values, and hex codes for every colour used in the logo.
4. Part 3 — Line Drawing Version — Single Plate Variants
The black and white line drawing is for single-colour applications including screen printing on garments, embossing on leather saddlebags, engraving on enamel mugs and plates, and foil stamping on paper.
Variant Description Use
Single plate — black on transparent Pure black lines on transparent background — no fills Screen printing on light fabric — digital overlay
Single plate — with white fill Black lines with white fill inside the circle Printing on coloured fabric — prevents bleed-through
Reversed — white on black White lines on solid black background Dark fabric printing — black garments — dark paper
Reversed — white on transparent White lines on transparent background Overlaying on dark backgrounds digitally
Screen Printing Line Weight Requirement
All lines in the line drawing must be a minimum of 0.5pt stroke weight.
Lines thinner than 0.5pt will not screen print reliably and will bleed or disappear.
Please check and increase any lines below this threshold before delivering files.

Every version and plate must be delivered in all of the following formats. Do not omit any format — each has a specific production use.
