Amazon Merch VA & Designer
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My Merch on Demand account is growing faster than my 9-to-5 allows, so I’m bringing in a virtual assistant who can own the entire front-end workflow—from idea to upload—without supervision.
Core workflow
• Research profitable, low-competition niches each week and log findings in our shared tracker.
• Create simple yet original t-shirt graphics in Canva, Kittl, or Photopea; every element must be license-free or self-made and pass a trademark search.
• Write SEO-rich titles and bullet points that follow Amazon’s character limits and style guidelines.
• Check each design against USPTO, Merch Informer, and Amazon Brand Registry to ensure it’s clean.
• Upload or queue the finished listings in my Merch dashboard.
• Compile a concise weekly report covering sales performance, keyword rankings, and designs completed.
Tools already in place: Canva Pro, Kittl, Photopea, Merch Informer, PrettyMerch, Google Sheets.
Quality bar
• Zero use of brands, celebrities, lyrics, or trademarked phrases.
• Every graphic must pass Amazon’s Content Policy and manual trademark check.
• Reports delivered every Sunday night, US-EST.
• File hand-off in PNG (4500×5400) plus editable source.
Getting started
I’ll give a paid test: two niches → two designs → full listing copy. Pass the test and we’ll move to a steady weekly cadence.
When you reply, include:
1. A link to 3–5 live Merch listings you created (screenshots acceptable).
2. Brief overview of your niche-research process and tools.
3. Confirmation you can meet the weekly report requirements.
4. Your proposed rate and availability.
Looking forward to finding someone reliable so the catalogue can keep expanding while I’m at the day job.
