Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager (DE, FR, BE) — Commission-Based (Trial) -- 2
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to help grow and scale our Amazon sales across Germany (primary), France, and Belgium.
This is a performance-based collaboration, starting with a 30-day paid trial, with the opportunity to increase commission and build a long-term partnership if results are strong.
Our catalog includes 100+ SKUs, but the role is not about managing everything equally. The focus is on prioritizing high-potential products and scaling winners.
Scope of Work
SKU Strategy & Prioritization
Analyze our catalog and prioritize 20–30 SKUs with the highest potential
Identify 5–8 hero SKUs to scale
Focus first on Amazon DE, then replicate winning SKUs to FR & BE
Make data-driven decisions based on sales, margin, conversion rate, and demand
Listing Optimization
Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords
Improve SEO and conversion rate
Apply marketplace-specific best practices for DE / FR / BE
Amazon PPC Management
Build and optimize PPC campaign structure (Sponsored Products, etc.)
Manage bids, budgets, and search terms
Scale ads efficiently with a focus on sustainable ACOS
Ad spend is fully covered by us
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor sales, sessions, CVR, and ACOS
Track performance of priority and hero SKUs
Provide clear updates on actions taken, insights, and next steps
Trial Period & Compensation
Trial duration: 30 days
Compensation (trial):
€150 fixed base
8% commission on net Amazon sales (excluding VAT, refunds, and ad spend)
Collaboration, contract, and payments handled via Freelancer.com
At the end of the trial, performance and collaboration will be reviewed, with the possibility to increase commission and extend the partnership.
What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)
Priority SKUs fully analyzed and optimized
PPC structure live and properly set up
Clear hero SKUs identified
Demonstrable early progress (sales trend, traffic, CVR, or PPC efficiency)
Strong ownership and data-driven execution
