I’m ready to give my entire Airbnb a modern, minimalistic personality—and I want every guest to remember it. You can run with a blue, green, or torquoise as seen pictured in kitchen. The space includes two properties of a living room, bedroom, and kitchen, all meant first and foremost for pure relaxation, so the design must feel calm, uncluttered, and instantly welcoming. Id like to feature a canvas or mural of floating or rolling hills, in both properties uniquely different, yet simular, captivating guest to want to visit and want to experience the havens of Hill Stays LLC.
I’ve set aside up to 40 k for furniture, décor, and basic delivery. Your job is to turn that budget into a clear, store-by-store roadmap I can follow. Draw freely from Rooms To Go, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ashley’s Furniture, well-chosen second-hand pieces, or any retailer you trust to squeeze the most style out of each dollar. If you have a better source, suggest it—the only rule is that the finished plan stays on budget and looks distinctly modern.

• Scaled floor plan or annotated mood boards for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen (PDF + editable format)
• Itemized shopping lists per store with live links/SKUs and up-to-date prices, sub-totalling to show how the 40 k is allocated
• Styling guide that explains color palette, lighting choices, and exact item placement for a stress-free setup
• One round of revisions once I review the first draft
