Agency Profile, Content & Design (Direction already exist)

I'm looking for someone who can take the direction I've already provided to help create an agency profile. This includes an about us page, a services page, and a portfolio page, all of which must be accompanied by pre-existing images. On top of this, I need someone who can create a design layout as I have already provided a style and colour palette, a selection of fonts, and a grid system. If you have experience in creating agency profiles and believe you can do the job, I would love to hear from you.
