Advertising Sticker

I am looking to have a clear or transparent sticker designed for one of my clients. A sample of the sticker is attached. Keep in mind this needs to be FOR PRINT and have enough open/clear space to put a business card in the open area and then stick the sticker to a vacant building for advertising purposes.
