Adobe illustrator template creation

QUICK JOB:
I am looking for a freelancer who can create an Adobe Illustrator template for a label.
Specific design requirements will be provided.
We simply require 2 label templates producing based on a bottle shape provided as a file. The max label dimensions dictated on the technical drawing are all that is required - simply the shape creating as an Ai file. From this then, the same shape with a 5mm inner border, also as an Ai file.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in creating templates
- Strong design skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate client's design requirements
