Adobe InDesign work for print jobs

We need a graphic designer who can convert Powerpoint graphics into high quality InDesign templates for printing a pop-up booth (~4x2,2m) and several roll-up banners (85x220 cm). Graphic drafts with detailed information exist, fonts and text colours are defined. What we need is transfer of the draft into high quality InDesign files for printing using existing InDesign templates. Also, a high resolution background image will be required but can also be purchased by us and provided. Some graphic work (logo, QR code, icon images) are available.
