Adjustment of brochres before print

Hi,

I have 8 brochures with the same sort of design across all - I want the front of them to look like 1 set with all elements in alignment, at the moment there are some slight differences

There is no need to change content, add content or anything. All changes would be done to 8 front pages only

I need them to look alike for view and print purposes. What needs to be done is:
1. Adjusting the first pages to have: the logo ALWAYS in the same position
2. First line of text ALWAYS with the same distance from the logo
3. Photo ALWAYS starting in the same position
4. Small text line above the photo ALWAYS at the same distance from the top of the logo
5. Blue corner and white lines are ALWAYS positioned in the same spot
6. QR codes SAME size of the WHITE background and the same MARGIN from the edge of the background to the start of the code
7. Removing small lines that are sometimes going across the photo - as per attachment
SAVING
8. Saving ALL 8 Brochures as A4 PDFs for digital view
9. Saving ALL 8 Brochures as A4 PDFs with +2 mm margin and crop marks for print (no need for work on all brochures and all pages - enlarging them after the first saving will give enough space to do cut off with safe margin) I can provide an example of what I meant
