Adjustment to book for E-publishing

I am in need of a freelancer who can adjust my book for E-publishing. My book is currently in Word Document format. I would like it to be compatible with multiple platforms, so I don't require any specific e-publishing platform compatibility. As for the formatting and design elements, I am not sure and would appreciate some advice. However, if necessary, I would like the design to be enhanced.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
