Adjusting Logo File for Printing

I am looking for a freelancer who can adjust my logo file for printing. The current logo file is in AI format. I have specific requirements for the adjustments that need to be made.
The logo is White in color and the background should be see-through. the size of the logo is 15.5 x 6 cm.
Currently the background is white and the logo is white making it very difficult for the packaging printer to work with it.
Skills and experience needed:
