Adjust book cover PSD file and create print-ready CMYK PDFs

Hi,
The job is to make some small adjustments to my book cover PSD file in preparation for printing.
1. Add the ISBN barcode to the back cover (300dpi PNG barcode image supplied).
2. Adjust the spine width to 6 mm (it's currently 8 mm).
3. Check that a 3 mm bleed is included as required by the printer.
4. Produce front, back, spine and combined CMYK print-ready PDFs, plus PNGs and JPGs.
Please let me know when you can complete the job and feel free to quote a fixed price if you prefer.
