Add pages to existing book design

I have three coffee table books (Book 1, Book 2 and Book 3) and I want to select 30 stories from both Book 1 and Book 3 and combine them with stories from Book 2. This will involve changing the fonts and types of Book 1 and Book 3 to match Book 2. So to be clear - 60 double pages will need to be reformatted.
