Add effects to a banner

Hello, I'm looking to add effects to a banner. I already have the banner in pdf. I'm looking for 2 different banners with different effects.

1) The first one needs a crumpled/ripped paper effect. I'm adding a picture of how I see it.
2) The second one I'd like to flip upside down and change text. Also attaching a picture.
