Add Pricing to Products on PDF Catalogue

Job ID: 39799006

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a set of Microsoft Publisher files and matching PDFs that need two sequential touch-ups. First, several new items are still missing their scannable barcodes. You’ll take the barcode numbers from my .xlsx spreadsheet, generate clean EAN/UPC codes, and position each one neatly just below the product image. Most products already show a code, so the task focuses only on the new additions. Once every item has a barcode, please resave each file as both a Publisher document and a PDF—no prices shown at this stage.

With the barcode layer finished, we move on to pricing. The master catalogue is roughly 200 pages and the products inside are laid out in no particular order, so you’ll need to work through them one by one. Insert the price text directly beneath each item, staying consistent with existing typography and spacing. I need three separate price-colour editions:

• Catalogue 1 – “Black Price”
• Catalogue 2 – “Purple Price”
• Catalogue 3 – “Green Price”

Final deliverables
1. Updated Publisher files (barcodes added, no prices).
2. Corresponding PDFs without prices.
3. Three fully priced PDF catalogues—Black, Purple and Green versions—ready for print or web sharing.

All source files are currently in Microsoft Publisher and PDF format, so you’ll need a recent version of Publisher to ensure nothing shifts. The barcode list arrives as a single .xlsx file.

Accuracy and visual consistency are critical: every code must scan, every price must sit perfectly aligned, and no item can be missed. Once complete, send everything back in clearly labelled folders so I can drop them straight into production.
