Adapt my label design for my bottle

I have a label design that I have created. All I need is for the black background to be removed so it is just the gold writing and design on an empty background as I plan to have transparent label, and the label to be in the correct size (90mm height x 28mm width). The file format also needs to be in vector format for label printing purposes.
