I’m looking for a writer-designer who can craft a functional-style résumé that will sail through modern ATS screens and appeal to hiring managers for mid- to senior-level management roles.
The document must:
• Follow a true functional layout, foregrounding transferable leadership competencies while still presenting concise Work Experience, Education, and Skills sections.
• Be saturated with current, role-appropriate keywords so major hiring platforms (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.) read it without errors or misclassification.
• Arrive polished, proofread, and formatted for easy editing in Microsoft Word; a matching PDF export would be appreciated for direct applications.
