ATH Catalog/Brochure Design

I have been handed an extremely ugly 15 page document and asked to make a brochure or catalog from it. We have multiple images and drawings available. We can also provide copy as required by the graphic designer we hire. The first stage will consist of planning what is required from both business and artistic sensibilities. The second stage will consist of determining an acceptable layout and getting approval from the customer. Next step is filling in the blanks, choosing images and requesting appropriate verbiage.
