Beauty salon focuses on pampering women and giving them a gateway place throughout their time in ALMA.
Located in the heart of Jerusalem, we are in need of a media person who speaks Hebrew and English fluently.
Media is one of our mine client streams and we see we are quite healed back and not using our full potential.

We are looking for a talented and creative Media Person to join our team. The Media Person will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media channels, primarily Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media and have experience creating ads, posts, flyers, and stories that are visually appealing and on-brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging content for our social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook.
2. Design and develop ads, posts, flyers, and stories that align with our brand identity and values.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
4. Post a story every two days and post at least once a week.
5. Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
6. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.
7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
8. Maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand look on our social media channels.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience as a media person, social media specialist, or a similar role.
2.Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
3.Experience in creating engaging content for social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook.
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
5.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
7.Knowledge of graphic design and photo editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
8.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Payment:

Payment will be based on the candidate's level of experience and can be either hourly or project-based.
