I need a graphic artist

I’m going to be starting a company and I will need graphic artists. Someone who can turn pictures of people or scenery into different graphic art styles such as an anime style and different “animation themed” styles. It’s an artistic project in terms of the styles i’ll need but for now the main thing I need is someone who can do an anime type style since that’s what I will probably launch my company with to start off however I’m willing to see different styles from freelancers on here.
