Turn golf scorecards into art

My fiancé has been fortunate to play some memorable golf courses in Ireland the UK and has kept his scorecards as souvenirs. For an upcoming birthday I’d love to turn them into some artwork for him. Any recommendations or inspiration is greatly appreciated
