Medical Graphics

I have a project regarding a medical figure/graphic that we would like to design with your help. The figure is needed for the introduction of my PhD. I'm writing a PhD on the subject of myelofibrosis. Myelofibrosis is a bone marrow disease, in which genetic mutations cause various alterations to the interior of the bone marrow. The purpose of the figure would be to graphically show these various alterations and their underlying processes. I have attached an example. Is this something you could do?
