Image Text Modification Needed

We need to edit around 8 images with non-editable texts. The images can be found in the attached Word file. The English texts need to be replaced with French and German texts. The French and German texts can be found in separate files. The work should be done in Paint or similar. We need this work within a few hours. Please deliver two Word files with the images.
