I need a grant writer for a female owned start-up real estate company -- 2

I have a unique service proposition in that I have already been in the field of real estate for over 20 years and then joined a professional vacation rental management company as their Director of Marketing, and then Director of Acquisitions for 12 years. St. George Island, Florida is primarily a secondary home market and I will be the only real estate agent who canon the Island who can advertise themselves as an expert in both professions. Most importantly, I am leasing space in the area's largest vacation rental company's office, so buyer and seller leads walk-in every day. In addition to my marketing background, I am a proud graduate of the Disney Institute of Customer Service. My local experience and reputation will help elevate me quickly to the top of my field. Finally, I am passionate about becoming my own boss. I believe I have tremendous business instincts, as well as the self-discipline and competitive spirit to thrive on my own.
