I need a grant writer for Oregon Special Needs Capacity Grant in Rural Areas

We have a residential 24-hour home for children with special needs, intellectually and developmentally. Oregon is offering a grant to expand services in rural areas. Eastern Oregon is considered rural. We are the only residential home currently operating in Malheur County. We would like to expand into Harney and Baker counties.
