I need a grant writer

We own and operate a 119 year old 25 room boutique hotel in historic Abbeville, SC. The hotel is listed on the National Historic Register. We also operate a full service restaurant and bar inside the hotel. The name of the hotel is The Belmont Inn. The inn underwent a massive update in the early 80's but now needs some work. There are electrical, plumbing, roofing and HVAC issues, just to name a few, that need to be addressed. We are an ongoing operation and growing every day. Funding to help with operations would be a blessing.
