I need a grant writer

I'm needing help please with finding and obtaining grants for small business purposes. I was told that there are grants available for fixing up houses that are considered condemned by the government. I'm in the business of fixing up houses for resale purposes. I also have another small business that I could use help with funds and since I'm an ethnic woman, seems like there should be resources available?
