I need a consultant for post Covid Planning
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 CAD
Items needed
1. Generating and Publishing Strategic Plan
In person 2 Day facilitated sessions
2. Evaluation:
Process evaluation of project 24 Months
Development and administration of survey for program
participants.
Document ongoing progress of program and provide real
time evaluation of project throughout 24 months of the
project
Undertake feedback opportunities and develop an
evaluation report.
3. Program Support: New Funding Model Developed Ongoing Grant Writing and Fund Development
4. Survey ongoing demands and resource needs, and optimizing on and developing outside partnerships to expand existing resource base and improve operational efficiencies
