Uganda Health Center

I am working with an organization in Africa to help them build a Health Center. We are at the stage we need to begin writing grants to secure funds. This is way over our heads and we need a professional but have no idea how much this would cost. Are there people who might believe in the cause that would do it cheaper or pro bono? At this time trying to research cost, timing, and the services that would be provided; for example would the grant writer find the grants and be hired for a specific time, or is it grant specific (paid by grant), etc.?
