Innate Health Research is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Research & Dissemination Assistant, to support research that bridges academic inquiry and real-world application. This role helps ensure research moves from idea to publication, dissemination, and use—through strong coordination, editorial support, and knowledge translation.
You’ll work closely with researchers to manage submissions, grants, and compliance processes, while also supporting the editing and translation of research into accessible formats for practitioners, communities, and broader audiences.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate academic, conference, and applied research submissions
• Track deadlines, revisions, and publication outcomes
• Support grant identification and administrative processes
• Conduct and organize literature reviews
• Copyedit and review papers, reports, briefs, and translational products
• Assist with IRB documentation, authorship coordination, and CVs
• Support research communication, outreach, and dissemination efforts
• Use AI tools to support research organization, drafting, and synthesis
