Needs assessment: Priority Value Investments, Inc. was inspired by observing our own neighborhoods literally falling apart. Watching senior members of our community pass on, give up the fight or move elsewhere because they could no longer afford the rising tax cost. Their former homes abandoned and turned into dilapidated neighborhood eye sores. Political promises of support, idealism and funds that never come to fruition. The mounting need of affordable housing, communities for our Veterans and so many others in need of home ownership opportunities. There is a realistic need to rebuild properties, provide home ownership, strengthen communities and resuscitate tax revenue in too many areas.
