Part-Time Grant Fundraiser for Conservation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run a conservation-focused education programme and need a fundraising specialist who can give me two dedicated days each week to secure new funds through well-crafted grant proposals.
Your core task is straightforward: write persuasive, tailored applications that land on the desks of the most relevant trusts and foundations. I’ll supply project details, budgets, outcomes and any supporting data; you’ll shape them into compelling narratives, adjust to each funder’s guidelines, and keep an orderly pipeline so nothing slips through the cracks.
What I’m looking for
• An intermediate grant writer with roughly three to five years of proven success securing funding for charities, NGOs or similar social-impact projects.
• Confidence handling the full writing process—from interpreting criteria to polishing the final submission—while tracking key dates and follow-ups.
• Weekly communication: a concise progress note and a brief call or message mid-week so we stay aligned.
Weekly deliverables
• One to two submission-ready grant proposals, including all attachments and budgets.
• Updated tracker summarising status, deadlines and next steps.
Quality is measured by clarity, compliance with guidelines and, ultimately, funding secured. The role is remote and flexible; results and regular updates matter more than where or when you work. If helping more learners become stewards of our planet excites you, let’s talk.
