Need an agriculture grant writer

We are in the process of opening up an edible gourmet mushroom farm. We plan on selling produce locally (fresh), and nationally (dried). We grow mushrooms on wood pellet blocks that are supplemented with soy bean hulls. Everything is organic and we plan on seeking such certifications.
