I need a seasoned grant researcher who can quickly surface state and foundation opportunities that align with my work serving older adults, supporting their caregivers, and expanding workforce-development initiatives in Minnesota and North Dakota. You already know where to look—state agency portals, regional and national foundations, corporate-giving programs—and you’re comfortable filtering for eligibility, deadline, dollar range, and fit with our mission.
Beyond the research itself, I also want hands-on help drafting compelling proposals once the right prospects are confirmed. Your background in nonprofit grantwriting, familiarity with common requirements (logic models, budgets, outcomes), and ability to tailor language for reviewers will be essential.
Deliverables
• A curated spreadsheet of viable state and foundation grants (Minnesota & North Dakota focus) that benefit older adults, caregivers, or workforce development, including key details: summary, deadline, typical award size, contact notes, and likelihood of fit.
• Brief narrative rationale for the top 5–7 “must-pursue” opportunities.
• Draft proposal packages for each approved target, ready for final organizational review and submission.
Acceptance Criteria
The research list must contain only opportunities for which we clearly meet geographic and programmatic eligibility, be delivered within the agreed timeline, and include live links to guidelines. Proposal drafts must follow each funder’s template, stay within word limits, and highlight measurable social-impact outcomes.
