Help Creating Non Profit from beginning to end

Need help creating a non profit organization in the U.S from A to Z.

Must be fully experienced with all aspects of formation including all paperwork needed and laws at state and federal levels.

Experience securing grants a plus.

Must be available somewhere between the hours of EST 10am - 7pm.
