Grant writer and researcher

I am a private practice speech-language pathologist wanting to open a brick and mortar location in my city. This facility would offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, tutoring and nutritional services to the are sounding the cities near my perspective building location. I have found a building that my local City has expressed interest in leasing to me, but it will need some modifications such as a wheelchair ramp, sensory gym, additional doors to close of the gym area for therapy times, furniture, office equipment, etc.
