Grant Writing with a focus on programs by and immigrant lawyer

I'm seeking a skilled grant writer who is specializing in grants geared towards immigration law, international child abduction, domestic violence, criminal law, international divorce issues. The grant should be targeted towards any agencies that offers unique grants such as these. I am also interested in grants that combine arts/creativity with these areas of law.
