Grant Writer Needed

Job ID: 40326543

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I represent a brand-new 501(c)(3) that tackles hypertension, diabetes, and obesity through community-based fitness and wellness programming. Our immediate goal is to secure Parks & Recreation District funding that will let us launch and scale these initiatives.
Here’s what we need from you:
 Locate the most promising grant opportunities offered specifically by Parks & Rec Districts and confirm our eligibility and deadlines.
 Develop a full proposal package—including executive summary, statement of need, program narrative, logic model, budget, budget justification, and evaluation plan—that frames our work around reducing hypertension, diabetes, and obesity in the community.
 Align every section with the district’s language and scoring rubric, ensuring compliance with all submission requirements (attachments, word limits, supplemental forms).
 Provide a submission-ready file plus a version I can adapt for future cycles.
Acceptance criteria: the package must be 100 % compliant with the chosen district’s guidelines, answer every scoring criterion, and be delivered at least five business days before the deadline so we can review internally.
If you have experience winning Parks & Rec or similar public wellness grants and can navigate Grants.gov, Acrobat fillable forms, and Excel budget sheets with ease, we would love to put your expertise to work.
