Budget: $1,500 â $3,000 CAD
Needed to apply for a BC First Nations group. The funding organization is under the Government of Canada , with ISC, specifically the PIDP (professional and institutional development programs- under Human Resources Management section of the program)
The grant would cover one-on-one sessions session in-person with all staff to follow-up and fine tune their Job Description, as well as running a mini-HR session with each one of them tackling any concern they may have overall. The focus is on training/developing the JDâs and HR policy training in general.
This is fully eligible under the PIDP scope of available fundings.
The amount claimed should cover your trip, expenses (food and car rental) and hourly billing. We will take car of the hotel expenses. An amount of 25-30K should also be reasonable for this kind of project.
