Grant Underwriter

I am looking for a home improvement grant for $100K to $150k. The funds must be available within 4 to 8 months to start on project. I also have another project that must have the grant money in hand within 6 to 8 months this grant amount is for $75k to $100k for to help build our home. Then the last project is for $ 85K to help build a therapy pool for my handicap wife. Time fame for this last project is 9 to 10 months.
