I am building “Total Transition,” an inclusive-employment service that opens job pathways for people who usually get left out. Our model runs on minimal bandwidth, so every task must be planned, shared and stored with reduced-internet practices in mind.
Where you come in
I need committed advocates who can help us secure funding and keep momentum as a tight, collaborative team. Franchising the model is free—anyone who proves their value is welcome to replicate the service in new regions without licensing costs.

Your primary mission is to win the grants that will let us expand training, job-matching and employer partnerships. I already have a pipeline of community organisations eager to host our program; now we need the resources to launch.
Key deliverables
• Spot and track relevant public, private and foundation grants
• Craft persuasive proposals that highlight our inclusive approach
• Coordinate with other team members so budgets, timelines and compliance files stay synchronis3ed despite limited connectivity
• Hand over clean, well-organised copies of each submitted application plus a short lessons-learned brief for the next round
Tools & workflow
You should be comfortable working in lightweight, offline-friendly formats—think LibreOffice docs, plain-text notes, local versions of Airtable or similar—and syncing only when necessary.
Acceptance criteria
A proposal is considered complete when it is submission-ready, aligns with the funder’s criteria, and contains a compliance checklist that a third party can follow without additional clarification.
