Federal Grant Writer Needed
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
Five federal funding opportunities that align perfectly with our mission—empowering vulnerable children and families in Baja California—have opened and I want to submit strong, competitive proposals for each one. The grants will directly support our educational programs, health and wellness services, and community-development projects, so every narrative must clearly show measurable impact in those three areas.
Here’s how I see the work unfolding:
• For each grant, create a full proposal package: compelling narrative, logic model, itemized budget, budget justification, timeline, and any required forms or attachments (SF-424, SF-424A, etc.).
• Tailor the language to each agency’s priorities while maintaining a consistent organizational voice.
• Coordinate with me for program data, success stories, and financials; synthesize that material into concise, persuasive content.
• Ensure every application is compliant with Grants.gov requirements and ready for electronic submission ahead of the stated deadlines.
Acceptance criteria: five submission-ready federal grant applications delivered as polished Word or PDF files, plus a brief summary sheet outlining key deadlines and next steps for each opportunity.
