Eco-Community Project Funding Manager

Grants & Eco-Foundation Partnerships Manager
Project:
We are a non-profit creating a spiritual eco-community and forest restoration park in South America. We seek USD 800,000–1,000,000 to fund land stewardship, basic infrastructure, meditation and retreat spaces, eco-gardens, agroforestry systems, social and educational programs, and reforestation.
We are looking for an experienced Grants & Eco-Foundation Partnerships Manager.
This is extremely important: please do not apply without a proven history of successfully securing grants from environmental / climate / social foundations, and be ready to present concrete cases and exact amounts you helped raise.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prioritize environmental and climate foundations, funds and programs, including:
• environmental and biodiversity funds
• climate and reforestation grants
• UN-related and SDG-aligned programs
• sustainable agriculture & agroforestry funds
• initiatives focused on forest restoration in South America
• corporate sustainability / CSR programs.
• Develop and maintain a grant pipeline (deadlines, requirements, status, next steps).
• Lead the writing and submission of grant proposals, including:
• problem and context (climate, forests, community),
• project design (eco-community, reforestation, education),
• impact metrics and alignment with SDGs / UN initiatives,
• budgets and use of funds.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with foundations and CSR partners.
• Coordinate reporting (narrative + financial) and impact documentation for awarded grants.
Requirements
• Demonstrated success in securing significant grants (ideally 50k–500k USD per grant or equivalent) in:
• ecosystem restoration,
• reforestation,
• sustainable agriculture / agroforestry,
• social impact / community projects.
• Excellent grant writing and impact storytelling skills in English.
• Understanding of ESG / SDG / climate language and donor expectations.
• Experience working with non-profit structures and compliance.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple applications and deadlines in parallel.
Case Studies & Results (Mandatory)
